- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Michael spent a great deal of time on the phone with me, initiating me to the world of disability insurance and providing insight on a few other financial topics as well. Within the first hour of his time it became apparent that our best avenue would be to secure a policy that he couldn't provide, but instead of cutting me loose, he helped steer me exactly where I needed to go and explained why we needed such a policy. This probably took another hour, and he received nothing for it. Though we've not met in person, I am planning to secure additional life insurance policies through Michael because he has offered honesty and excellent customer service.
