  I just returned from Physicians Now, what was my 4th visit in 4 years, and I feel I’ve had enough experience to write an informative review by now! I have seen 3 different providers and I’ve received quality care, treatment, and information each time. The girls at the front desk are patient, helpful and super nice. The techs who do triage are all wonderful, caring and know how to make a stressed out patient feel at ease. I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes, and check in and out are as streamlined as possible. I have never had any billing issues, with or without insurance. The last two visits I had were with Abeba Gebregiorgis for a rare and distressing condition and I can’t say enough kind words about her. She LISTENS, she has warm bedside manner, she is honest, she is informed and she is efficient. I strongly recommend Physicians Now for anyone in the area seeking urgent care. I have been other places and there is just no comparison.

  I’ve been to this place for three times. I was seen by one MD and two different PAs. MD was wonderful, but not the PAs. The first time I was seen by an MD. I’ve visited 5 other UCs and be seen by NPs before this one, but no one can cure my illness. The doctor I saw was amazing. I was recovered a day later. I was very satisfied for the first time, so two years later I came back again for another illness. The first PA did a very rough exam and prescribed me some medications. My symptoms got worse overnight. I came back for the second day and was seen by another PA. She told me I had another illness and prescribed me with other medications. Guess what? I didn’t have any of these illnesses. I ended up in an emergency surgery. I don’t know if I should come back for my illness in the future. I totally lost confidence in NP and PA. Plus, the two PAs were not very friendly when they talked to a patient who was in terrible pain.

  This place is literally the best. I've had to go here a couple times and I have to say the entire staff is so friendly, so sweet, and were so helpful from the time I called to when I got discharged. I was in and out within a hour and that's the best part about this place. I've gone to many places including hospitals, and have never had a good experience. You are also able to set an appointment, so waiting is almost never an issue! I highly recommend this place, and would refer to anyone. I also would like to mention that Julia and Megan were so nice, so friendly, and had so much patience. I truly hope they get recoginized for their excellent patient service.
