- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My biggest pet peeve when dealing with professionals, especially in healthcare, is being on time. I had an appointment scheduled for 2:30pm and by 3:15pm I had to leave because I still hadn't even seen Dr. J. Glass. Not even to say Hi. This is not the first or second time I have had this issue with her. She should do better with the increments she schedules her patients in.
