- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The phone system is awful. You hold forever and then get disconnected. I usually get the same excuse that they are very busy and doing the best they can. I think the doctors are great but that is if you are actually able to reach them. I called today, left a message and when I called back the person asked me who took the message. How would I possibly know that? Of course no record of my earlier phone message. If I were really ill or had a chronic illness I would be forced to find another practice that could give me better service.January 06, 2017by Margie Nichols
