  I have been coming here for a couple of years. Every experience I've had has been a good one. I appreciate the time each doctor takes to explain the reasons behind each action.

  If I could not give a star at all or even better negative stars I would. I was not able to keep my appointment with my dentist for my dental cleaning. So I tried to find a dentist who is close to my job. I found the Rubinstein Dentistry. They hygeneist was very thorough. But the kicker is the dentist. He "found" all kinds of issues with my teeth..on what needed to be done and fixed. He wanted me to schedule an appointment to work on my right side for 2.5 hours and then another appointment to work 2.5 hours on my left side. I have never had issues with my teeth. I take great care of them and always have. I told him, no thank you and swore I would never return to this practice ever again. After 6 months I went to my dentist and informed him about what Rubinstein had said, and he said that he doesn't see any issues at all. The Rubinstein visit was 2 years ago and I still don't have any issues with my teeth. The Rubinstein office just mailed me a bill to pay for my visit in Feb 2015!!!!!!! And we are in Feb 2017. I called them right away making sure they had my dental insurance. They confirmed they did. They simply never submitted the claim to the insurance and tried to bill me!!! The office manager called me back stating that they took care of my balance...but I didn't get an apology. Stay away from this office. They are only trying to make money.

  First, I must say the staff is very pleasant. Dr. Joshi is remarkable with her skills and shows excellent patient care. She made time for extra work I wanted to get completed and there was zero pain. High ratings for her and the practice.
